Still Going Strong
Over Twenty years on, The Old Mill remains family-run and fiercely independent - the same warm welcome, the same great food and drinks
"He was a wise man who invented Guinness."
Our Values
These four principles have guided The Old Mill since 2003 - and they always will.
Genuine Hospitality
Every guest is greeted like a regular. From the first "How are ya?" to the last round, our team makes sure you leave warmer than you arrived.
Real Irish Food
No shortcuts, no imported shortcuts. We cook from scratch using Irish produce - the kind of food your nan would recognise and approve of.
Community Roots
We are part of this neighbourhood, not just a name on a door. Local suppliers, local musicians, local stories - Temple Bar runs through everything we do.
Quality in Every Glass
A properly poured Guinness takes 119.5 seconds. We know because we time it. The same attention goes into every beer, whiskey, and cocktail we serve.
